Mycoplasma, Chlamydia , Rickettsia and H. Pylori are possible contributors to CFS. Periodontal disease has been cited as a stroke factor, and thus may also cause coagulation .

The following infections are known to cause coagulation, ischemic stroke or Hughes Syndrome (APS)

• Helicobacter pylori
• Chlamydia pneumoniae
• Mycoplasma pneumoniae
• Candida
  • possibly pH Sensistive
  • Impacts: Factors X, XII and II (prothrombin)
