Many individuals do not have the money or option to do a ISAC panel. The following is a series of experiments that may help determine if you have coagulation, and what may affect it. This should be done when things are STABLE -- since the stuff effects coagulation and thus brain function, I would suggest (if available) the following test be done every day with someone timing and recording the results.
For each item below, do for one week only. Do not take items that you cannot tolerate:
Note: If A improves, and then taking B results in a drop - this means that A is better than B (B may be of benefit, but the loss of stopping A was more than B's). Once you have determined what works for you, find the appropriate dosages and re-stablize. |
